Flexibility is essential for rock climbing as it is what allows your body to adapt to the wall.
Being more flexible as a climber allows you to a) place your feet exactly where you need to and b) allows you to put maximum weight on your feet when they are there.
Our flex classes lay out which muscle groups relate to various climbing movements allowing you for a better understanding on how your body bends, and provides some stretching exercises that will help improve flexibility for a better climbing experience.
