It offers an aerobic workout and muscle building that will help you burn more calories throughout the day, as well as strength training and cardio.

To add to the already full body workout it promises, our upstairs training section offers a dedicated warm-up, fitness and stretching area available for all our members and day pass visitors to enjoy, for complete overall fitness and wellness.
